Delivery & Collection Information

Summer Season (March – October): Our team delivers between 7am and 12pm, and collections are usually made between 4pm and 7pm.

Winter Season (October – March): We deliver from 7am to 12pm, with collections arranged between 4pm and 7pm.

Overnight Hires: Items will arrive on your chosen hire date between 7am and 12pm and will be collected the following morning between 7am and 1pm.

Fixed-Time Delivery & Collection (Venues only): Available between 9am and 5pm. Please allow a minimum of 60 minutes between the start/end of your venue hire and the party time, so setup and collection can be carried out smoothly. Example: Venue hire 1pm–5pm, party 2pm–4pm.

Multi-Day Hires: Delivery is made on your start date between 7am and 12pm, and collection takes place on your chosen end date between 4pm and 7pm (applies to both Summer and Winter hires).

Winter Events After 5pm: If your event runs beyond 5pm in the Winter months (October–March), please contact our office and we’ll do our best to accommodate a later collection.
Understanding Sizing Measurements

Unit Size: This is the manufacturer’s listed size of the inflatable, showing the minimum flat grass space required. Example: A 12ft x 12ft bouncy castle will need a 12ft x 12ft grass area for safe setup. For full dimensions, see the size tab on each product listing.

Required Space: This refers to the overall clear space needed for safe operation, free from obstacles. Example: A 12ft x 12ft castle that requires 16ft x 16ft means you’ll need the 12ft x 12ft base area plus 2ft of clear space on every side, away from walls, fences, washing lines or posts.
