At Elliotts Castles LTD, we aim to provide a reliable, professional, and fun service for your events. We understand that plans can change, and cancellations may be necessary. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, clear, and protect both parties while covering costs already incurred.

Cancellation Guidelines
Orders Up to £100

Cancel at least 7 days before your event to avoid additional charges.

Deposit and booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation within 7 days of the event, or on the day (including refusal of delivery), will incur a 100% cancellation fee (reduced to 50% if paid within 7 days).
Orders Between £100 and £200

Cancel at least 10 days before your event to avoid fees.

Deposit and booking fees remain non-refundable.

Cancellation 10 days prior to 12 pm on the day before the event: 50% fee (reduced to 25% if paid within 7 days).

Cancellation after 12 pm the day before or on the day: 100% fee.
Orders Between £200 and £400

Cancel at least 14 days before your event to avoid charges.

Deposit and booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation 14 days prior to 12 pm the day before the event: 50% fee (reduced to 25% if paid within 7 days).

Cancellation after 12 pm the day before or on the day: 100% fee (reduced to 50% if paid within 7 days).
Orders Over £400

All orders over £400 incur a 50% cancellation fee, regardless of timing.

Cancellation after 12 pm the day before or on the day: 100% fee (reduced to 50% if paid within 7 days).

Special Situations
Venue or Surface Issues

All dimensions and surface requirements are listed on each product page.

If equipment cannot be set up due to space or surface issues, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to: elliottscastles@gmail.com.

Cancellations left on voicemail or outside office hours are not valid.

You must receive a confirmation email from our team for the cancellation to be effective.

If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, please call us to verify.
Payment & Fees

All deposit and booking fees are non-refundable.

Remaining balances must follow our Payments Page.

Failure to pay may result in further action to recover costs.
