How do I make a booking?
Booking with Elliott’s Castles is simple! You can book online via our booking form or contact us directly by phone on 07900 084 999. To secure your hire, a non-refundable £25 deposit is required. Once your booking is confirmed, our team will provide all the details you need for a smooth setup.
Can I hire items overnight?
Yes! Many of our inflatables are available for overnight hire at an additional cost of £40. Overnight hires require photographic ID and a secure storage location for the equipment. Collection takes place the following morning.
On which surfaces can your inflatables be set up?

Can we use face paints, glitter tattoos, or similar activities?
For safety and hygiene, we do not allow face paints, glitter, confetti, silly string, or other messy activities on or near our inflatables. Damage caused by these may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
Can we attach balloons to the castle?
No. Do not use tape, glue, or adhesive on any inflatable as this may damage the material and artwork. Customers are responsible for any necessary replacements.
Are rain and sun covers provided?
Most of our inflatables come with rain and sun covers. Check individual product descriptions for confirmation.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! Elliott’s Castles carries:

This ensures coverage for any accidents involving our staff or equipment.
What power supply do I need?
You will need a 13amp power socket within 25m of the inflatable. We can provide extension cables up to 50m or arrange a petrol generator if required.
What happens if it rains or is windy?

Rain: Light rain is generally fine. Most inflatables have covers to prevent slipping.

Heavy rain or unsafe conditions: We may need to cancel outdoor setups for safety.

Windy conditions: Hire may be cancelled if wind exceeds 24 mph.

Do you accept bookings during Christmas & New Year?
Yes! We operate on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, with premium rates applied. Contact us for details.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A £25 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your hire. This is deducted from your final balance.
What if I need to cancel?

Do I need to stay on site with the equipment?
Yes. A responsible adult (18+) must be present to supervise the equipment at all times. This ensures the safety of all users.
Responsibility During Hire
While our inflatables and equipment are on hire to you and our staff are not present, you (the customer) are solely responsible for supervising the equipment and its users.
In rare cases, collection may be later than scheduled. During this time, you remain responsible for the supervision and safe use of the equipment.
Elliott’s Castles cannot accept liability for:

It is essential that all users are monitored, and the equipment is used in accordance with the safety instructions provided.
How long does setup and pack-up take?
Setup and pack-up times vary depending on the inflatable:
How much space do I need?
We recommend leaving at least 2ft of clearance around the inflatable. Ensure the area is free from obstacles like swings, toys, or patio furniture.
Can the castle be set up on a slope or hard surface?

Slope: Ideally no more than 5%. Slight slopes may be acceptable; please consult us.

Hard surfaces (car parks, playgrounds, concrete): Not permitted without prior approval.
Can adults use the bouncy castles?
We have adult-friendly inflatables available. Most children’s castles are suitable for kids up to 12 years old, with height limits listed on product pages.
What should guests wear?

Are cleaning charges applied?
A £30 minimum cleaning charge applies if equipment is returned dirty. Damage or misuse will incur additional fees for repairs and lost hire revenue.
