We want your event to run smoothly! Please read our delivery and collection times carefully to ensure a stress-free experience.
Quick Summary – What to Expect

Standard delivery: 7:00am – 12:00pm (noon)

Standard collection: 4:00pm – 7:00pm (depending on season)

Premium early delivery: Guaranteed 7:00am – 9:00am for an additional £30

Guaranteed late collection: Up to 7:00pm for an additional £25
-
Overnight hire: Available for certain items with cover, additional £40
-
Important: All outdoor inflatables must be on real grass, and indoor setups only on hard surfaces.
1. Seasonal Availability
Outdoor Hires (March – October)

Standard delivery: 7:00am – 12:00pm

Premium early delivery: 7:00am – 9:00am (£30 extra)

Early collection: From 4:00pm (no extra cost)

Standard collection: From 5:00pm (free of charge)

Guaranteed late collection: Up to 7:00pm (£25 extra, not available after 23rd September due to darkness)

Overnight hire: Additional £40 for items with covers (subject to weather)
Indoor / Hall Hires (Year-Round)

Allow at least 30 minutes before and after your party for setup and pack down (60 minutes recommended for larger events)

Fixed time deliveries available for halls/venues; minimum 30 minutes buffer required
Outside Winter Bookings.
We are happy to accept outside winter bookings; however please note we may need to cancel your reservation if rain, or extreme weather is forecasted. Decisions will be made 24hours before booking.
Collection is between 2pm to 4:30pm

3. Special Requirements

Outdoor setups must be on real grass, securely pegged.

Indoor setups only on hard surfaces suitable for the inflatable.

Access routes must be clear and wide enough for safe delivery.

Parking must be available for our team; any fines or fees incurred due to lack of parking are the responsibility of the hirer.

Non-manned items: delivery and collection must occur between 7:00am – 7:00pm.

Manned items: we can work around your event, but late or unusual timings may incur additional charges.
4. Multi-Day Hires
