DELIVERY AREAS & SET UP TIMES
Outdoor season availability:
From March to October 31st, you can enjoy our outdoor facilities. For indoor hires, availability is open throughout the year, subject to prior confirmation of timings.
Summer Garden Hires until mid-September:
You can choose from the following delivery slots:
- Anytime between 7am - 12pm (free of charge)
- Premium early delivery guaranteed between 7am - 9am (+£30)
Early collection:
- Available from 4pm at no additional cost
Standard Collections:
- Start from 5pm and are free of charge
Guaranteed Late Collection:
- Option available until 7pm for an additional fee of £25 (Please note: Not available from 23rd September due to darkness)
Overnight Collection:
- An option for certain items with cover, subject to weather forecasts, for an additional fee of £40 (Please note: Not available for items without cover)
October Garden Hires:
Please note that collections start from 4pm during this month, with no late collections or overnight options available.
Hall/Venue Hires:
To ensure a smooth set-up and packing away process, we kindly request at least 30 minutes of buffer time before and after your party. Opting for a 60-minute buffer time is highly advisable.
Late Collection:
Same fees as mentioned above apply for late collections.
Delivery Catchment Radius:
We offer free delivery within some post codes below. However, certain areas might fall outside of this zone, resulting in additional fees. You can see if this applies to your area by entering your postcode.
We delivery to the majority of Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

NN1- NN5 (Free Delivery)
NN6 - NN8 (£20)
NN9 - NN18 (£25.00)
MK (£30)
For home addresses, non hired venues and unmanned items
Our standard delivery and collection times
Delivery any time between 7am and 12PM*
Collection any time between 4pm and 7pm*.
After this time we offer a multiple day hire or an overnight service for an additional £40 (with collection any time the next day) providing the area is totally secure, i.e 6ft fences and locked gates.
For hired venues and halls
We take down your access and event timings and work your delivery and collection within these times. We highly recommend having at least an hour access either side of your event, however we will accept a minimum of 30 mins. For non-manned items your delivery and collection times need to be between 7am and 7pm
For manned items
We are happy to work around your event timings for the duration booked, however additional charges may be applied for late timing.
PLEASE NOTE ALL INFLATABLES NEED TO BE PLACED ON REAL GRASS OUTDOORS ONLY AND CAN ONLY GO ON HARD SURFACES INDOORS
