HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

Deposit & Payment Details

To secure your booking, we require a £25 non-refundable deposit, payable via bank transfer.
The remaining balance can be paid either:

  • By bank transfer — at least one day before your event, however if the hire is over £180, we require full balance 2 weeks prior to the hire

  • In cash — upon delivery of your equipment - this only applies for hires under £180

Hall Hires

For smooth setup and pack-down, please allow a 30–40 minute buffer before and after your event.
Some larger setups or package deals may require up to one hour for both setup and collection.

Garden Home Hires (March – October)

Our standard delivery times are between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm, with collections starting from 4:00 pm.

If you’d like to extend your hire:

  • Late Collection (up to 7:00 pm): £25 extra

  • Overnight Hire: £40 extra — collected the following morning (weather permitting)

Please note: Overnight hires are only available when weather conditions are suitable.
