INDOOR HIRE
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the venue can accommodate the bouncy castle, including its floor size and ceiling height.
OUTDOOR HIRE
Our bouncy castles can only be set up on flat grass surfaces. We do not set up castles on concrete, slabs, or decking.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their garden is spacious enough to fit the bouncy castle and any additional equipment mentioned above. See the size tab for the required measurements.
Before our arrival, please make sure that the area in your garden where the bouncy castle will be placed is cleared of furniture, children's toys, and animal excrement.
Please note that food, drinks, party poppers, and face paint are not allowed on our equipment.
Before booking, please read and familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions, as you will be required to sign a copy of this document on the day of hire.
